KingsGate’s main Auditorium is a truly stunning venue for all kinds of inspiring events, conferences, meetings and exhibitions. Accessibility for additional stage sets, audio and lighting equipment is all at ground level via a rear loading bay.

Introducing our 1500 seater Auditorium

At the heart of KingsGate is our inspiring 1500 seater Auditorium, with over 740 square metres of floor space and a theatre sized stage.

Fully ventilated and equipped with the very latest in digital PA, audio visual and lighting equipment, plus a 14m projection screen – KingsGate has the largest and most advanced Auditorium in the region.

The floor level can be arranged in varying configurations – including as a 1,500 seater concert or presentation theatre, a 400 seater banquet hall, or cleared completely for use as flexible exhibition space.

Whatever kind of large corporate or public event you are planning, our stunning Auditorium offers the backdrop to make your event a success.

Light and airy welcome area

First impressions count for any conference or event and when entering KingsGate you can’t help be impressed by our 500 square metre Atrium and reception area.

With plenty of natural light and flexible arrangements of bistro style chairs and tables, it is the ideal location for exhibitions, networking, receptions and delegate registration.

The Atrium area forms the access hub to our main Auditorium, the adjoining Seymour Suite and Spurgeon Room, and all the other smaller rooms at KingsGate.

As well as a central welcome desk, the Atrium also boasts a Coffee Shop serving a range of high quality drinks and snacks throughout the day.

From breakfast meetings to through lunch through to evening receptions and banquets – whatever your catering requirements, KingsGate can make it happen. We offer a range of delicious food and refreshment packages – all the way through from tea and biscuits, working lunches and finger buffets, to canapes and hot or cold knife and fork buffets. Audio visual equipment

KingsGate PA

The main Auditorium and Suites at KingsGate Conference all have their own state-of-the-art audio visual and control systems pre-installed. Our knowledgeable in-house technicians can work closely with you to ensure your event makes the most of the excellent facilities on offer – or clients are welcome to bring in their own technical support teams and additional equipment for larger events.

Car Parking

KingsGate Conference Centre boasts a 400 space free car park along with a dedicated Blue Badge parking area. There is also ample room for coach dropping off and parking during an event.

Wheelchair Access

KingsGate has full disabled access to its venue. There is a Blue Badge car park and main conference rooms are on the ground floor, with lift access to the first floor. Disabled toilets are in each corridor and on the first floor.


KingsGate has a complimentary WiFi service throughout the building. For specialist use, dedicated links and ‘live feeds’ are also available on request, though these would be subject to a separate fee.

Child and Baby Facilities

Next to each set of toilets in the main corridors is a baby changing room.
