Audio Visual System in Seymour Suite (Package 1)
* Price includes: PA system, speakers, video projector & screen (8x6ft), lectern, 2 x wired mics, 1 x wireless mic (ideal for Q & As), 2 PCs for PowerPoint. Additional mics available at extra cost. This package must have a PA technician to operate, who will be dedicated to your conference. Our technician will be able to operate all PowerPoint presentations from the PA desk if required.
Audio Visual System in Seymour Suite (Package 2)
** Price includes: PA system, speakers, 1 x wired mic on a stand, projection screen (8x6ft). The system will be set up with one mic and ready to use. This package is offered on a self operation basis.
