Our fresh and light meeting rooms are perfect for smaller meetings, training events and regular courses. They are also ideal for use as breakout rooms during larger conferences.
The Lake, Lewis and Luther rooms – each measuring 12m by 8m – are ideal for boardroom meetings for up to 26 delegates, for workshops in cabaret style for up to 32 delegates or as breakout rooms for large conferences.
They all benefit from natural daylight and have the convenience of a small kitchen area so that drinks and refreshments can be made available in the room, and they have their own toilet facilities.
The rooms can be used individually or in combination as break-out rooms for a larger conference or meeting.
In addition, Luther has close access to the main backstage stage area and can be set up as a ‘green’ room for uses associated with an Auditorium event.

We offer a range of delicious food and refreshment packages – all the way through from tea and biscuits, working lunches and finger buffets, to canapes and hot or cold knife and fork buffets. Most of our meeting rooms have audio visual and control systems pre-installed. For those without, PA equipment and audio visual or teleconferencing systems can easily be added and set up for you to use.
KingsGate Conference Centre boasts a 400 space free car park along with a dedicated Blue Badge parking area. There is also ample room for coach dropping off and parking during an event.
KingsGate has full disabled access to its venue. There is a Blue Badge car park and main conference rooms are on the ground floor, with lift access to the first floor. Disabled toilets are in each corridor and on the first floor.
KingsGate has a complimentary WiFi service throughout the building. For specialist use, dedicated links and ‘live feeds’ are also available on request, though these would be subject to a separate fee.
Next to each set of toilets in the main corridors is a baby changing room.
